Room Available in Duplex now - Jul, 2017 in Columbia, MO

We own a duplex (4 bed, 3 bath) 10 minutes from campus. Currently there are two people living there, my son and one of his friends, both sophomores at MU. We are looking to add one roommate from now until July 31, 2017.You would have your own bedroom and bathroom. Rent is $325, and you would be responsible for 1/3 of utilities which have averaged about $95 since August. The duplex is furnished except for your bedroom.
